3. Conclusion of Contract

Product descriptions on this website do not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment must be completed using the available payment methods provided during checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are indicated during checkout and are non-binding.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. Full details are provided on the “Right of Withdrawal” page.

7. Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed underwear and intimate products if the hygiene seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights under applicable EU consumer law apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
